With the FRITZ!Mesh Set 4200, AVM is introducing a new product category. The compact set of two or three FRITZ!Repeaters 3000 AX can be easily connected to a router or fibre optic modem and all the convenient features of the FRITZ! family with a secure user interface, guest hotspots, free updates and top support are immediately available. The Mesh Set uses Wi-Fi 6 in the tri-band at 2.4 and 5 GHz and enables speeds of up to 4200 Mbit/s. This means that the maximum bandwidth can be easily distributed in homes and apartments of various sizes. Each repeater is also equipped with two gigabit LAN ports for fast wired browsing in every room.
Plug & play – on any router and in any network
Once connected via LAN to any router or fibre optic modem (ONT), the FRITZ!Mesh Set 4200 provides all the features of the FRITZ! WLAN Mesh. Connected via LAN, the FRITZ!Repeater forms the central control hub in the Mesh. Here, users can carry out settings such as individual Wi-Fi names, passwords or a Wi-Fi schedule, but also create a guest network and get a smart overview of the home network and all FRITZ! products in the Mesh Wi-Fi in FRITZ!OS and the MyFRITZ!App. The FRITZ!Repeaters in the set can also be used on a FRITZ!Box as before. There they extend the Mesh Wi-Fi of the FRITZ!Box, which then functions as a central control hub.

With two versions, a "2-pack" and a "3-pack", the FRITZ!Mesh Set 4200 adapts flexibly to the needs and size of every home. With two repeaters, households with up to 4 rooms on 1 or 2 floors are perfectly equipped. With three repeaters, larger apartments or homes can get the best Wi-Fi reception in every corner, even if they have more than four rooms, and with all the convenience of the FRITZ! family.
Get set up and get online
The Mesh Set is easy to set up with the MyFRITZ! app. The app connects the smartphone to the FRITZ!Repeater via Wi-Fi using a QR code, carries out the registration automatically, and guides users through the simple setup process of the FRITZ!Mesh Set 4200, including connecting the other FRITZ!Repeaters. Once everything is set up, the app provides users with a convenient overview of the Mesh network and the connected home network devices with additional convenient features.
