FRITZ! is starting its own online shop

Starting on 1 October 2025, the Berlin communications specialist FRITZ! will be offering its customers the opportunity to purchase FRITZ! products on fritz.com. With the new online shop the company is fulfilling a wish frequently expressed by customers: to order directly on the product pages. Customers of the FRITZ! shop will benefit from the comprehensive service they are familiar with from suppliers,  including product selection, sales consultation by phone, fast shipping and comprehensive support – from questions about configuration all the way to returns. All familiar services will remain available. In particular, the tried-and-true Knowledge Base at en.fritz.com/service, which offers application tips on the FRITZ! products round the clock. The FRITZ! shop is part of the company's development strategy to strengthen its market presence in the domestic and European markets and open up new avenues for growth. The popular FRITZ! products for simple internet access, strong Wi-Fi and smart home networking will be available from October at the FRITZ! shop fritz.com in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland and Spain.
