The new FRITZ!Box 7632 is setting new standards for high speeds and flexibility. It can be used in all DSL networks (with up to 300 Mbit/s). On connections with G.fast technology it can achieve up to 1 Gbit/s. The FRITZ!Box 7632 can continue to be used after switching to fiber optics, as it can be connected as a router behind a fiber optic modem (ONT). As with all new FRITZ! products, Wi-Fi 7 is used as standard. Thanks to its DECT base station and comprehensive FRITZ!OS functions, the FRITZ!Box 7630 is the perfect smart home hub. Whether as a media server, for NAS, for controlling intelligent devices, or as a complete phone system – the FRITZ!Box offers many convenience features such as Wi-Fi guest access, parental controls, and the Mesh function for comprehensive, stable Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home. Gigabit speed with Wi-Fi 7 for DSL internet
When you have fiber to the building (FTTB) and copper wires for the last few metres, the connection can achieve a speed of up to 1 Gbit/s with G.fast. Perfect for bandwidth-intensive applications such as 4K/8K streaming, online gaming, and a data-intensive home office. The FRITZ!Box 7632 can be used on a G.fast connection but is also suitable for all common DSL connections. Here speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s are possible with supervectoring 35b. One 2.5-gigabit WAN/LAN port and three gigabit LAN ports are available for fast network connections. The FRITZ!Box 7632 transmits in 2.4 and 5 GHz and offers powerful Wi-Fi 7 with up to 3.5 Gbit/s. Its compatibility with all common standards, WPA3 encryption, Multi-Link Operation, and secure guest access ensure high performance, flexibility and security. The Wi-Fi can be turned on and off by means of a button, a phone or a schedule. Comprehensive security features such as a Stateful Packet Inspection firewall, a security wizard with diagnostic tool, and automatic updates ensure protected surfing.
